Pepkor NexTech is seeking a visionary Finance Director to serve as a core architect of our technology investment strategy.

This is an executive-level appointment. You will move beyond traditional financial management to act as the primary commercial navigator for the NexTech business, translating complex digital transformation roadmaps into sustainable financial outcomes for the Pepkor Group.

As FD, you will oversee the total financial health of the organization, driving the transition from a service-based IT department to a strategic value-creation engine.

You will hold the mandate for large-scale capital allocation, group-wide funding governance, and high-level commercial orchestration between stakeholders.
