Operational HR Lead for ERP Transformation & Change Adoption

As an HR Project Specialist, you will provide critical operational support to the Head of Human Resources & Communications throughout the RFP and implementation phases of a major ERP transition. This is a high-impact, 'boots-on-the-ground' role dedicated to the tactical execution of the People Stream. You will be responsible for ensuring project milestones are met while proactively mitigating people-related risks. As a 'Super-Generalist,' you understand that a successful ERP shift is driven by user adoption and mindset, not just software. Embedded within the ERP Programme team, you will manage end-to-end operational HR processes, coordinate project resources, and serve as the primary people-partner for all team members, ensuring seamless delivery under the mentorship of the Head: Human Resources & Communications.
