Pepkor has successfully implemented SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Datasphere. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Development and Integration Lead to oversee SAP development initiatives and systems integration across business units. This role is responsible for leading a team of developers and integration specialists to design, build, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure SAP solutions that align with business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in ABAP and SAP integration technologies (such as BTP Integration Suite, CPI, PI/PO, IDoc, OData, APIs, and RFCs) and a strong background in SAP modules and development frameworks. This position will play a key role in project delivery, architecture design, and code review, while driving best practices for SAP development and integration. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP environments and related technologies.
